• 7/3/2023: NOTICE OF CHANGE TO 2023 MEETING LOCATION: The annual member meeting this year on Saturday, July 8th will take place at a new location - bring your camp chairs to the community-owned property at the southern corner of Cty Rd 10 and Reva Ridge Road.
• 6/7/2023: A general membership meeting is planned for Saturday, July 8th, 2023 starting at 10:00 AM Mountain Time on Rainbow Drive in our community and will be an in-person meeting with a picnic to follow. The Board of Directors Meeting will be held on Sunday, June 18th at 10:00 AM Mountain Time at the Jurich residence (10013 Otelia Lane), and owners are welcome to attend. You should receive your annual letter (along with a reminder on any past years' dues owed, if applicable) this week - and a copy of the member letter has been posted on the website. If you don't receive your letter by mid-June please reach out to the HOA board at board@etloa.org or contact one of the board members individually to make sure your address is correct in our files.
• 5/18/2022: A general membership meeting is planned for Saturday, July 9th, 2022 starting at 10:00 AM Mountain Time on Rainbow Drive in our community and will be an in-person meeting with a picnic to follow. The Board of Directors Meeting will be held on Sunday, June 19th at 10:00 AM Mountain Time at the Grady/Noel residence (649 EE Hill Drive), and owners are welcome to attend. You should receive your annual letter within the next week - and a copy has been posted on the website. • 6/18/2020: This year's annual membership meeting has been moved to a virtual (online or by phone) meeting on Tuesday, July 14th at 4:00pm Mountain Time. The Board of Directors meeting will also be virtual, and will be held on Tuesday. June 30th at 4:00pm Mountain Time. Please see the annual letter for details on how to join either/both of these meetings. If you have not received your annual letter, a copy has been posted on the website, but please also reach out to the HOA board at board@etloa.org or contact one of the board members individually to make sure your address is correct in our files.
• 7/17/2019: The next ETLOA Board meeting shall be on Thursday, August 1st at 1:00 PM at the residence of Bruce Hix, 101 Northview Drive, Twin Lakes, CO 81251.

• 5/10/2016: DUES NOTICE: Please see the Documents page under "Member Communications" for more information.
• 5/10/2016: A general membership meeting will be held on July 9, 2016 starting at 10:00 AM on Rainbow Drive in our community. Election of Board members will be completed for two Board positions – a replacement for Dennis Couture who resigned last fall and one other open position. Proposed changes to the Association Covenants will be presented for a membership vote to approve them.
• 2/29/2016: The call for feedback regarding the 06/24/2015 proposed covenants is now closed. Thank you for your feedback.
• 12/31/2015: End of December Covenant Feedback report has been posted in Documents section.

• 6/27/2015: Proposed documents for the July 18 vote are posted in the "Documents" section.
• 6/22/2015: A general membership meeting will be held on July 9, 2016 starting at 10:00 AM on Rainbow Drive in our community. Election of Board members will be completed for two of the three Board positions – Dennis Couture will continue as President to provide continuity of leadership. Proposed changes to the Association By-Laws and Covenants will be presented for a membership vote to accept them.
• 6/21/2015: The Board of Directors will meet on June 24 at 10 AM at the home of Jeff Ashby, 10001 Ross Drive, to discuss proposed amendments to the governing by-laws and protective covenants. Owners are welcome to attend and provide their comments.
